Water Tanker Manufacturing

The US Department of Defense was finding the rough terrain overseas was creating maintenance issues as well as heavy wear and tear on their rescue fire truck which supply water during times of war.  We were selected to modify the existing tanker by reducing its weight therefore reducing wear and tear and increasing the longevity of the trucks.  Our team tried many different designs until we found the one that would work and withstand the conditions placed on the truck on foreign soil.  By modifying the whole frame and plumbing we were able to remove the heavy steel tank and install a much lighter polyurethane tank.  Once all of our specialty parts were manufactured we put the truck together and delivered it to Camp Pendleton, since then the vehicle has been on two tours overseas as tests continue to come out positive and meet all of the desired performance standard expected by the Military.
